What is your minimum budget requirement?+
We typically work with brands spending a minimum of $3,000–$5,000/month on paid media. Below this, the economics of management fees vs. ad spend don’t work in your favour. We’ll tell you this upfront — we don’t take brands we can’t genuinely scale.
How long before we see results?+
For paid ads, meaningful data within 4–8 weeks. We validate fast and cut what doesn’t work in the first 2 weeks. We set realistic expectations from the start — no vanity metrics, no overpromising.
Do you work with e-commerce and service businesses?+
Yes. E-commerce (ROAS, CAC, MER optimisation) and service businesses like clinics, real estate, and professional services (CPL, pipeline quality). Different metrics, same profit-first approach.
Which platforms do you manage?+
Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. We select the right mix based on your market and audience — not because we want to manage more platforms, but because the data tells us to.
Do you offer one-time projects or only retainers?+
Primarily retainers — performance marketing compounds over time. However, we do offer one-time audits and strategy sessions for brands not yet ready for a full engagement.
Can you work with our in-house team?+
Absolutely. Many clients have internal marketing teams. We plug in as the performance layer — handling paid media, creative strategy, or analytics while your team handles brand and content.
