Who we are
Kliks Agency (“Kliks”, “we”) is a performance marketing agency operating in Poland, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: info@kliksagency.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, WhatsApp number, monthly ad budget and your message.
- Booking a call: the details you enter in our Calendly scheduler (name, email, time slot and any notes).
- WhatsApp and email: the messages and contact details you send us.
- Brand Audit payments: your name, email and order details. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our website.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: only if you accept them, usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare for your consultation (legitimate interest / steps before a contract).
- To deliver services you buy, such as the Brand Audit (performance of a contract).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, only with your consent.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. These only run fully after you click “Accept all” in the cookie banner; until then Google Consent Mode keeps them in a restricted, cookieless state. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. We also store small preferences in your browser, such as your light or dark theme, which are not used for tracking.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the site and our services: Hostinger (website hosting), Formspree (contact form delivery), Calendly (call scheduling), Google (Analytics, Workspace and Meet), Meta (Pixel and WhatsApp), and our payment providers (Stripe and Autopay). Some of these process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Client and invoicing records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@kliksagency.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
